Every NordKyl order ships free across Finland. Orders typically arrive within 14 days of dispatch, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Returns

We back every order with a 30-day risk-free guarantee. If your NordKyl gear isn't performing the way you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort out a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, get in touch via our contact page with your order number. You also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason — see our Refund Policy for full details.
