Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NordKyl website at nordkylstore.fi (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing
All prices on the Site are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by law. We make every effort to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we will contact you before processing it, and you may choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Orders and contract
Placing an order through the Site is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing or listing error — in which case you will receive a full refund for that order.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.
Your right to cancel (14-day right of withdrawal)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, contact us via our Contact page before the 14-day period ends. Goods must be returned unused and, where applicable, with any hygiene seal intact — see our Refund Policy for full details, including an exception for hygiene-sensitive items such as underwear once unsealed.
This 14-day legal right exists alongside our own, more generous 30-day risk-free guarantee described in the Refund Policy.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Regardless of the guarantees above, if you are an EU consumer you are also entitled to the statutory legal guarantee of conformity: goods must match their description and be fit for purpose at the time of delivery. If they don't, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under the law of your country of residence, typically for up to two years from delivery. This is a legal right and exists independently of any return policy we offer.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NordKyl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of NordKyl or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first via our Contact page so we can try to resolve it directly. If you are an EU consumer and we can't resolve things between us, you may also be able to refer the matter to the consumer protection authority or alternative dispute resolution body in your own country of residence.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protections you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
